Time to Change that Thermostat!
The clocks have moved back an hour to standard time. When that occurs, it is the best indicator that it is time to change the temperature settings on your thermostat. During the cooler fall and winter months, the proper air flow setting needs to be adjusted to counter-clockwise, which will allow the heat to be drawn up towards the ceiling and then distributed throughout the room. Both settings will help to run your AC as efficiently as possible.
