Called at 7am an was told via a text the service window was 8:30am to 11:30am. At 8:30am received a text saying the Tech Kenny was on his way. He showed up about 10 minutes later. When he arrived I showed him where everything was (T-Stat, Air Handler and Condenser Unit). He found asap that the Condensate Drain Line was clogged. He went to work at once cleaning and unclogging the Drain Line. He showed me what happens when the line gets clogged there is a float type switch and when it gets clogged the switch is activated and shuts the unit down. He told me what to do to prevent in the future. In about 15 minutes he was done and the house was cooling down.

Been a customer of ATC for 30 years. ATC have repaired and installed new AC Systems, repaired appliances and installed new Water Heater over that time. Washing Machine broke on Thanksgiving and I called ATC first thing Friday morning. They had a technician (John) come out within a few hours with the part needed and conducted the repair. Doesn't matter if you need an AC, Appliance or Plumbing Service, ATC has qualified technicians and outstanding customer service. I wouldn't call any other company. My technician was "John" who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the issue and had the needed parts on his truck. Another 5-star Service!
