Service was awesome

The service technician Odge Marcellin showed up early after the celebration, the hottest day on record. They replaced the entire 2006 Rheem central A/C system by the end of the day. Absolutely fantastic work!

Technician Nathan Thomas arrived early, checked my air conditioner systems, test systems, changed the filter (dated the date of change on the filter) and give me advised me about how to keep the pipes clean. He when as far to explained what he was doing and the reasons for it while servicing the units. Very through service.

Such a friendly helpful technician with good communication skill and explained everything I needed to know at this visit.

They were on time, very professional, no complaints.

Please help...the air duct cleaners have work pending.

We have used air around the clock for the past 8 years and purchased a whole house unit from there with covered warranty. They are always responsive and quick to come out to service. I called last night at 11:42pm to report the AC wasn’t blowing cold, service Agent Lazaro L. was at our home by 1300 the following day. He not only addressed the problem but also serviced the entire unit. Fast. clean. Efficient. Kudos to air around the clock.

The ATC tech had to only unclog the drainage.

Outstanding and very professional service by Air Around the Clock's technician Odelin Osana. I called early in the morning because my A/C's air handler was copiously leaking water since the night before and had to raise the thermostat temperature for it to stop functioning, to prevent flooding over the collecting pan. The phone attendant easily scheduled the service appointment, and Mr. Odelin Osana arrived even earlier than scheduled and immediately diagnosed the culprit and repaired it. Thank you Air Around the Clock for a great and timely service!

Whenever our AC system fails after hours, I immediately call Air Around the clock, Coral Springs. Fixed our AC 1 1/2 hrs after placing the emergency call. Never fails!

They recently came out to my house on January 23, 2026. Jay did a superb job in checking out the problem and letting us know that there were some things that were not broken. I did not need to be replace, Texh was super honest.

Another visit today, September 10, 2026 and Jared was excellent and performed our 6 month service.

Odge serviced my air conditioner and explained everything he did in detail. Very thorough job.

We had a massive Freon leak within our AC unit. Scotty inspected our unit and it was quickly determined that a pipe had burst from within the outdoor unit. Tech Jean Mathurin came out the same day and was able to repair the burst pipe. Our air conditioner seems to be blowing strong cold air now. Many thanks to Jean and the entire Air Around The Clock crew.

My a/c unit had a serious clog in the drain line. Scott F. came out within the assigned timeframe and was very professional. He had the issue resolved quickly.

He called Tina so she could also assess the situation and give her opinion. They both tried to do their best to assist me and fix the problem asap, being that I have an elderly mother that is ill and needs oxygen.
I had a new system installed that same evening. I’m so very thankful for their kindness and reassurance during that stressful situation. They were indeed a blessing.

Air around the clock go out of their way to let you know when the tech will arrive with text updates, they take photos of the rooftop unit to show the state of the condenser etc. and do a thorough checkup. We are very happy that we went with them for the install and service plan. I could not recommend them more.

Odge and Nate came out today (9/4/26) for a regular maintenance call on my air conditioner. They explained everything, took pictures of all the important pieces of the system and provided explanations as we reviewed them. Lucky that this was scheduled because the drain had lovely slime building up which would have led to a back-up. All clear and headed to a comfortable Florida holiday weekend!

Our Air Around the Clock Technician, Luis Blanco, came out promptly in response to a significantly clogged A/C drain line in our home. He worked diligently and quickly to resolve the problem, cleaned up the surrounding area, restarted the AC to ensure all was well, and then gave us an add-on option to consider to help avoid a repeat case. All in all, Luis did everything for our benefit that we could possibly ask, and we were very grateful for his support!
