Parker, the AC. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and I love that. He did not just do the basic as I see others do but he was very detailed. Please send him on all our service calls where applicable. Parker replaced well needed parts that were in our contract. I give Parker a "A" grade .
