We are so very happy with this company. We have a ten year contract for service, repair and maintenance and they always come same day when one of our units goes down. So nice to be able to count on them.

We needed to replace a fan motor for one of our compressors and opted to replace the compressor as well due to the age of the unit. Jean and his partner were on time, knowledgable and had the installation working to our satisfaction. They had the workspace cleaned up and went over everything we needed to know before leaving.

I should not have to pay 95 dollars for a call when the air conditioner was working when he came .the lest guy did not tell me too clean the drain line that was all it needed and I did that myself it is a new system the drain pipe was clogged again now I can wash it out every month and I hope that works and the service guy was very good you sent to man out nice but did not do a good job it was done wrong from the beginning that is why it broke

Luqman Jones was able to properly service our one year air conditioning unit properly and professionally.

James Caruso was the technician and he was excellent! The best tech I have ever had since we purchased this unit 11 years ago.

Air Around the Clock is great and the technician was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.

Repair technician came out and identified what he thought was the problem. My issue, was that the air conditioning was not removing the humidity from within the premises. The technician indicated that the problem was fixed. I asked if the drainage pipe should be cleaned out .. That was not done. Five hours later, my air-conditioning has stopped because moisture collected in the bottom of the pan beneath the air conditioner, tripping the sensor, shutting off the entire system. I contacted Around The Clock AC at 7:11 PM. They said they would contact the service department and a technician would let me know when they would arrive. An hour and a half later no response. I contacted Around The Clock AC . Now the story is that the Service Department will let me know THE DAY that they are going to schedule my service. So much for “around the clock”! So much for “customer service”! So much for Customer Satisfaction!

They were very dishonest, sloppy and poor work and had the audasity charge me $9700 for a 3 ton rhemm ac I am 83 years old and if I dare to call and ask for help there staff hangs up on me they did not even pull a permit until I called the city if they had done so so please STAY AWAY FROM AIR AROUND THE CLOCK THEY ARE COOKED AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THEIR SUB CONTRACTOR DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING could you beleive that I was charged $9700. TO HAVE A NEW AC 3 TONS INSTALLED IN MY HOUSE WHEN THE COST OF THIS AC IS $3000.
I do understand the installation cost but realy $9700. DO BE CAREFUL IF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY

Christian and Deandre were our service techs today. Both were friendly and helpful; installed a new capacitor as ours was not up to par, but, still under warranty.

Lazaro is one of the company’s technical experts and figured out 2 issues I had in 25 minutes, batteries in the thermostat and a bad compressor, will be back tomorrow morning to replace the compressor, super nice guy , very professional, a great guy for any company to have on their team, nice job Lazaro

I had my six month maintenance done on my a/c unit this morning. The technician was Justin King. He was courteous and professional. He called before hand letting me know when he would be arriving and arrived on time. He checked the inside a/c unit and the outside unit and explained everything to me very clearly. The visit took about 30 minutes and I was very satisfied with his professionalism.

Lazaro was great as usual. It is good that your staff is long term. I like seeing Lazaro on my service calls.

The electrician, Joey did an amazing job, replacing my old circuit panel with a new, circuit panel, and did just as great, cleaning up after himself while doing the job. Thanks again to Air Around the Clock.

I have been a customer of AAC for 20 years.I have a 12 year old unit that tends to clog even with regular maintenance.Yesterday Luke came to check on a leak and not only fixed that but basically took the motor out and cleaned the Zoogloea bacterium(learned that term yesterday) in the pan and on the coils, which was contributing to the problem.Went above and beyond.He was thorough and explained everything.Another tech there that always does a good job is Michael H.Ask for either of them when you need service.

Luis Blanco came out to check my unit today. He found the issue and corrected it. He had pictures of what wrong and the results of the repair. I would like to request Luis for all of my maintenance and repair needs going forward. It was a great pleasure!

Extremely great company from customer service to the tech who serviced my system today on a Sunday and so glad I purchased a maintenance contract!

There’s nothing worse than living in South Florida and the air conditioner dies. I called Air Around The Clock and as their name implies, I was immediately scheduled for a service call. The sales and installation team worked together seamlessly. They presentef me with the bad news that my system was over 11 years old and it would be better if I replaced it than fixed it. Sam and Xavier worked together to get me the best system at a fair price. They were able to get my old air conditioner working until it was replaced. Somehow they were able to schedule me for a new system the next day, a Saturday. The installation team arrived exactly on time and worked together to install my system. They worked like a well oiled team to install the system. Sam and Xavier worked their magic on the administrative side and Leon and many others headed up the installation team ensuring for a smooth and successful installation. By 3:00pm my condo was cool, I was happy and I once again had a quiet and cool home. Thank you to all of the staff at Air Around The Clock for delivering a new system to me. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing, air conditioning or electrical needs.

I also want to thank an incredible service technician , Sean Hefferman. We have been working with him through Air around the clock for about seven years and he is an unbelievable diagnostician. Had an Air Conditioning issue pop up on a Friday night, which is the worst time for an issue to happen outside of a holiday. Called Air Around the Clock late Friday night and they dispatched somebody the next day on Saturday. Jordan the technician was very professional, efficient, and honest. We made a great decision when we decided to use this company for our A/C maintenance and repair. Our system wasn’t cooling, and a technician was here within 3 hours of my call. He got it working, but we needed a new part. Two technicians were here the next day to install the new part and the system is working perfectly. I appreciate the “before and after” pictures they showed us to document the work, and the thorough explanation the technicians provided. Finally, I have to comment about the fact that AATC employs the nicest people! They’re very professional and knowledgeable, but also personable and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommended.
